1. General Provisions

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• If misuse or manipulation of a bonus is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One bonus offer cannot be used in combination with another bonus at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

5.4 VIP Cashback Programme

The nag888 VIP programme has three tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move up to a higher tier:

• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Conditions for Playing Games

All games available on nag888 (cricket betting, live casino, slots, etc.) are governed by their own respective rules. It is your responsibility to read the rules of each game before you start playing.

6.2 Bet Validity

A bet will be considered valid once it has been successfully processed and a confirmation number is displayed in the system. For any bet that remains unconfirmed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

6.3 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute over a game result, nag888's technology logs and server records will be considered the final evidence. All disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the game concluding.

6.4 Disconnection

nag888 will not be held liable if a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection. However, in the case of a disconnection during a live game, the matter will be settled according to the data saved by the system.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nag888 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or software misuse
• Attempting to collect other members' account information
• Transacting with funds from illegal sources (money laundering)
• Running commercial promotions on the platform
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 nag888's Rights

nag888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This action will be taken in particular in cases of a breach of these Terms.

8.2 Member's Request to Close Account

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please notify the support team via live chat or email. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts, though the balance will not fall below zero. To reactivate, log in or contact the support team.
